How it works
- Share your insurance details when you book.
- Before your appointment, the front office reviews your benefits and enters them in your chart.
- You get an estimate of what is covered and what you may pay out of pocket.
- We file the claim with your insurance company for you.
- You pay your share, such as a copay or deductible.
ASU students
We accept ASU student insurance. Bring your student insurance card, and the front office will check your benefits before your visit. ASU students can also join the TrueDental membership plan.
Bring to your visit
- Your insurance card, front and back
- A photo ID
- The policyholder's name and date of birth, if you are covered on someone else's plan

02Paying for care
Payment options
There is no one price for dental care. What you pay depends on the treatment you need, so the front office gives you an estimate before anything is booked.

Ways to pay
Credit cards
We accept all major credit cards.
TrueDental membership
A yearly membership plan for ASU students. Ask the front desk what it includes.
Good to know about dental benefits
- An estimate is not a guarantee. Your insurance company decides what it pays after the claim is sent.
- Most plans have a yearly maximum, and unused benefits usually do not carry over.
- Many plans reset on January 1, so check when your plan year starts.
- Some plans have a waiting period before major treatment is covered.
